Why JoinThe CareerXroads Colloquium™ is different from other industry networking groups. This is a group of corporate recruiters from some of the largest companies in the world, who really "get it" when it comes to high volume recruiting, staffing technology and cutting-edge recruiting.

What can you expect when you join us? Colloquium members interact with monthly webinars and in person eight times each year. These meeting agendas are formed from current topics voted on by members in the weeks leading up to the event. The two day meetings are capped at 50 participants (no more than two from each company) to inspire a dynamic series of roundtables where we learn from real experience; review current research on topics you want to know about; and experience hands-on learning, sharing and improving. In short, you’ll leave the meeting with new ideas to implement in your office immediately. Plus, our Tuesday night dinners are an experience not to be missed... and we promise not to name names the next day.

  • Webinars on Hot Topics. Every month Mark & Gerry hold webinars to lead a group discussion on issues that are affecting current business practices.   • Customized Surveys. We offer customized surveys for all members - whether you need stats for a benchmarking report or are gathering info to support a purchase decision. These survey results and more are available in our Members Only Library - Survey results, Colloquium presentations, current news of interest and more are all posted for Colloquium members only. It’s a research library at your fingertips.
  • Online Database of Recruiting Technologies: All members will be completing a survey regarding their use and opinion of recruiting technologies. Members will have access to the confidential survey results for benchmarking and can contact members via Mark for in-depth follow up.
  • Technology Recommendations. Gain current industry perspective, recruiting technology expertise and the honest feedback of fellow Colloquium members before you decide which technology to purchase.
  • One page overview/critique of your site’s job page. (Silver Member or higher.)
